One listen to the smooth, baritone voice of Mark Leach and you quickly realize that the future of country music is in good hands. Playing clubs and festivals in the Ohio area, Mark quickly established himself as a crowd favorite and was often the requested opening act for regional and national artists traveling through the area. Mark tours regularly, and in addition to his own headlining shows, he has had the opportunity to open for a growing list of national artists including Kip Moore, Gary Allan, Granger Smith, Colt Ford, Chris Jansen, Jon Pardi, and the biggest yet – Eric Church.
From meteoric rise on the radio throughout the 1990’s, through the subsequent decade of throught-provoking songwriting and amassing an extremely dedicated fan base on tour, Blessid Union of Souls has become amongst the most beloved, meaningful and musically consistent acts of this generation. Thanks so the seamless merger of contagious pop, rock and soul from singer Eliot Sloan, couples with his ability to continuously write socially conscious and spiritually inspiring songs, it’s no surprise to see gold records, chart-cruising singles and a slew of soundtrack appearances.
Chris Kraft started playing guitar at the age of 15 and a year later was already writing songs. The singer/songwriter has since been working on his original material and traveled to Nashville to perform at such legendary clubs as Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, The Listening Room, The Bluebird Cafe and many others. He has opened shows for everyone from Eric Church and Uncle Kracker to Everlast and Rehab. His eclectic style of country music comes from Kraft’s desire to make his music something for people to get lost in. Kraft explains it this way, “I just enjoy writing music that people can relate to and want to crank up in the car with the windows down and forget about life for a while.”
